Soluroc Foundry

An international leader in pattern making and castings, our foundry manufactures precision grey, ductile and high chrome white iron castings. Additionally we offer on-site CAD design and pattern making services as well as quality controlled alloy composition. The foundry manufactures custom products in a variety of industries such as mining and energy sectors. Our production process uses 70% to 85% recycled materials and is entirely electric resulting in a quality product that is environmentally sustainable.We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to support and fully address their needs as it relates to materials testing and consulting. Each sample casting is analyzed and tested to ensure the utmost quality outputs.

Pattern Works

Pattern Works

We’re proud to have our own on-site pattern works. It means that we are completely self-sufficient throughout the whole process, from start to finish. When customers contact us for parts, we quote by weight and the type of cast iron required.

Our semi-Automatic molding line is equipped with a No-Bake sand molding process to bring maximum flexibility for customized casting in shape and dimension

Melting & Casting

Melting and Casting

Our spacious 55,000 square foot facility is equipped with a 2,000-pound capacity induction furnace and two 1,000-pound capacity furnaces.

Laboratory

Laboratory

Our samples are analyzed with a Spectrometer to verify the chemical composition. Each part’s microstructure is microscopically verified to guarantee that everything complies with specifications.
